Class Description:
Celebrate connection, presence, and the small moments that matter most in this special mother–daughter gratitude journaling workshop hosted at Frequency Wellness Space. Designed for mothers and daughters to slow down together, this gentle and meaningful experience invites you to explore gratitude journaling and the concept of glimmers—those tiny sparks of joy, comfort, and connection that often go unnoticed in everyday life.
During the workshop, you’ll learn what gratitude journaling is, how focusing on glimmers can support emotional well-being, and why capturing these moments on paper can strengthen mindfulness, resilience, and your bond with one another. With guided prompts, shared reflection, and quiet writing time, this class offers a heartfelt way to honor Mother’s Day beyond traditional gifts—by creating shared memories and meaningful conversations.
This workshop is welcoming to all levels of journaling experience and is designed to feel supportive, relaxed, and nourishing.
Accessibility note: Frequency Wellness Space is accessible via a freight elevator. If you or your daughter require elevator access, please email me in advance so I can operate it for you upon arrival.
